President: Time per Week – 1 hour
- Chair Management Committee meetings, AGM’s and Special General Meetings
- Ensure the goals and aims of the Club are pivotal in any management decisions made
- Present Members issues to the Management Committee for resolution
- Preparation of the Competition Calendar
- Assist in deciding Club operational issues
- Hold the casting vote in the event of Management Committee decision ties
Treasurer: Time per Week – 1 Hour
- Ensure the proper management and reporting of the finances of the Club
- Monitor the day to day income and expenditure of the Club
- Report to the Management Committee on the finances of the Club
- Report to the members on the Finances of the Club at the AGM
- Ensure payment of fees and dues to NSWVGA on an annual basis
- Assist in deciding Club operational issues
Secretary: Time per Week – 1 Hour
- Maintain a register of Club members and their contact details
- Be the point of contact with NSWVGA officers on administrative matters (there are no NSWVGA meetings to attend)
- Keep the Club records in easily searchable and accessible electronic format
- Keep Members informed of state and national Veteran Golfer issues and competitions
- Assist in deciding Club operational issues
Social Director: Time per Week – ?
- Develop a social calendar for the year
- Co-opt members on an ad hoc basis to assist in the operation of social events
- Develop a budget for Club social events
- Manage the Club’s social events
- Assist in deciding Club operational issues
